Water parks are a whole lot of fun! You won’t believe how crazy some of the slides can be with drops from unbelievable heights. They will make your adrenaline rush, which is an experience like no other where your heart seems to have stopped beating, and then goes into overdrive. We’ve rounded up the insane water slides in the world that only the most fearless park-goers would take a ride on.
1.Summit Plummet – Blizzard Beach, Walt Disney World
Disney is a place where every kid who grows in the US wants to visit. We all know that Disney World comes up with some amazing rides and water slides. This water slide is not an exception for it in any way. It’s located in Walt Disney World’s Blizzard Beach, which is one of the most popular water parks in the US. It is an astounding 120ft tall water slide that’s the flagship of this amusement park. It is nearly 12 stories high and the descent is nearly a 90 degrees free fall at around 62 mph. You will surely get your adrenaline fix with this amazing water slide!
2.Insano – Brazil
Being located in Fortaleza, Brazil this beach park is one of the city’s biggest tourist attractions. This slide lives up to its name being the third tallest water slide in the world. It’s as high as a 14 story building, while the descent lasts less than 5 seconds in total. During fall the rider speeds can reach up to almost 62 mph.
3.Leap Of Faith- Atlantis Paradise Island
This water slide is located at Atlantis Paradise Island in The Bahamas. Its most incredible feature is not its height, the slide plunges into a pool filled with sharks! No need to be frightened you will be traveling through a transparent underwater tunnel going too fast for them to hunt you down.
4.L2 at worgler waterworld
The Wave water park in Austria is famous for its L2 water slide. It is not famous for being very high, but what makes this slide popular is that it’s the only water slide that features a double loop! Even if you are afraid of heights this slide lets you enjoy it fully by letting you travel through a closed tube.
5.Kilimanjaro at Aldeia das Águas Park Resort
Kilimanjaro is located on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at an amusement park known as Water Safari. It’s built into the side of a hill at a height of over 160ft, this slide is the equivalent of a 17 story building. It is officially the second tallest water slide in the world.

7.The Scorpion’s Tail – Wisconsin, USA
Scorpion’s Tail water slide in Noah’s Ark is a part of the world famous Wisconsin Dells in Wisconsin, USA. This slide is unique and will take you for a wild ride! It’s ten stories tall, 400-feet long, and is ideally suited to overcome your fears. This allows the rider to go around a nearly-vertical loop that is totally unique to this slide!
