Two new Dota 2 heroes were confirmed at this year’s International

At this year’s International Dota 2 Championships, once again Valve surprised the fans by revealing two new Dota 2 heroes to its free-to-play juggernaut.
Although Valve did not name either of the heroes in the trailer that was showed on the stage following the day’s matches, one of them clearly resembled a frequently speculated addition to the game. You know who it is. It’s none other than Sylph!
Sylph, the fairy who holds a lantern with a flying creature seems to match the description of the upcoming character that appeared in Dota 2’s code base in May of this year.
It does not only stop with one hero, to make the fans get more excited, the revealed trailer also included a new character in it. It opened up with an unknown hero debut, featuring one acrobatic, pangolin-inspired swordsman who will be apparently also on the way to the game. His accent is halfway between Puss in Boots and Zorro.
Although there’s no word on when they are coming out, both of them will be arriving in the Dueling Fates patch. The duo will provide a welcome roster refresh since the last hero that was added by Valve was in last December.
Check them out in the video below and get ready to be excited!
